Terms and payment
When you are finished ordering you will receive the following options for payment:
Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard only) - Your card will not be debited until the order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD) - This incurs an additional € 10,- fee. You will recieve a note in the post to say your goods have arrived and you pay your post office.
Bank Trensfer - Wire transfer payment to our bank (information on invoice).Let us know when you transfer the money and we will send your items out.

All orders require prepayment in Euro funds or payment by creditcard before shipment will be made. Upon receipt of your order, we will fax or e-mail you our pro-forma invoice. The prices of the list in € euro they are comprehensive of tax ( VAT 19%) and are definate. Prices subject to change without notice, in base to the course of market.

Prices Outside EU
You can deduct the VAT tax in the prices shown by dividing the prices by 1.19 and that is the price you pay.

Shipping
All orders will be proforma invoice, we will choose the best shipping method based on costs,
service and value to you.

Return Policy
If product is defective or a warrenty claim is to be made. The purchaser is responsible for the postage both ways.
Original invoice is required for the returned product.
Parts may need to be obtained from overseas manufacturer so some delays may be experienced. The duration of the guarantee is the same released from the manufacturing house (1-year). All claims about shipment content must be made within 24 hours. The transport cost for returned merchandise are at customer expense.

Responsibility and precautions
Van Buggenum Sports in NOT RESPONSIBLE of the possible damages caused to people and/or belongingses caused from the use of the sold products. Have precautions, an inadequate use, no safety or a combination inadequate bow/arrow could cause damages to the archer, controls always the conditions of the material and follow the safety instructions of a competent instructor.

Payment can be made by creditcard by quoting your card number, expiry date & the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Also, in the case of Maestro, the issue number or Valid from date.
